The Inspired Wisdom for an Authentic Life
An incredible woman filled with positive energy that is what Dale Wilsher is all about. In today’s podcast episode, let us all together learn with her as we journey on an exciting and at the same time, meaningful quest for authentic personality. Aside from being a coach and a motivational speaker, Dale dedicated her life to serving other people for a greater purpose. As we discover the points presented by her, may we pause, ponder, and reflect on our own lives to be fully immersed on this journey.
This reverberating question started the journey of Dale. For her, it was indeed a wakeup call. She realized that she was different; she had a hard time coping with such difference, only to find out later on that it is indeed the thing that makes her special. At times, we always want to be just like the others. We want to share the same characteristics, so much so that we are willing to bend our own to be like them. As the beginning part of the episode, Dale emphasized that for us to find our authentic personality, we have to recognize that we all have differences.
We might not feel confident in our skin at all times, but one certain thing is that we are created and we appear as how God wants us to be. There is no need for us to always complain about how we look and the things that we are capable of doing. This is because, through these, we can carry-out the special mission given to us by God. We are different; we are unique because God wants us to be. It is not a mistake but a well-planned journey.
The journey towards discovering one’s authentic personality is never easy. There will be problems, issues, and chaos along the way, but for as long as you are ready to face these challenges with an open heart and with a strong faith that it is God’s way of shaping your personality, nothing is impossible. In the end, I know that you will find the joy within brought by the discovered authentic character.

BIO:
Hi! I’m Dale Wilsher. I am on a journey with God to find my authentic self. I want to know who He made me be (not who others want me to be), what He created me to do, and how I can live up to my full potential and serve Him with my whole heart. This is my passion and my purpose and something I’d like to empower in you too.
I live a full life in Erie, Colorado, where I’ve been a speaker at women’s events, retreats, and MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) groups since 2007. I’ve delivered hundreds of presentations on the topics of authentic relationships, personality types, parenting, and faith. I’m a certified behavioral consultant, a DISC personality administrator and trainer, a reluctant blogger, and a soon-to-be author. Check out my new site at www.YourAuthenticPersonality.com.
When I’m not speaking, I’m coaching. As a certified professional life coach since 2014 (CPLC, ACC), I work with motivated men, but mostly women of various ages and stages who long to live authentically, intentionally, and confidently. I help them find their purpose, establish healthy boundaries, build their strengths, improve their relationships, and serve out of their God-given design. Check out what clients are saying about their coaching experience on my Reviews page.
Though you might not know it, I’m a former science geek: I have a Bachelor’s degree in Invertebrate Zoology from the University of Georgia, earned credits toward my Doctorate in Molecular Biology at Washington University and worked as a microbiologist in the corporate world. I then became a dynamic producer in the world of medical sales (which I loved!) before hanging up my briefcase for full-time motherhood back in 1996. My passion for a purposeful life and women is lived out daily in my home laboratory where I’m raising four beautiful daughters, ages 15, 18, 20, and 22.
I just started doing Orange Theory (so I’m usually in a moderate amount of pain), love sweating in hot yoga, and next year I am getting married!
I’d love to work with you as a speaker for your next event or as a life coach to empower your strengths and move you into action. Reach out HERE and let me know how I can help you.
